Payments
For standard reservations, our payment terms require full payment to be settled before confirming any bookings.
Modifications to the initial booking cost, such as extended waiting periods, parking fees, extra stops, or alterations to the designated addresses, will be automatically billed to the credit or debit card provided during the booking process. For account-based reservations, supplementary charges will be reflected in the conclusive invoice. When making a reservation with us, customers must settle payments through various means, including the involvement of third-party recovery entities or legal avenues if necessary. All additional fees, including administrative charges, are the client's responsibility and must be promptly settled.
The transaction on your bank statement will appear as Euro Chauffeurs London.
Cancellation and Refund Terms
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours, Euro Chauffeurs London will issue a full refund of the amount paid. However, should the cancellation occur after 24 hours, a 50% deduction will be applied by our administration.
Cars and Minibus
Should the Customer decide to cancel the booking within 24 hours from the commencement of the hire period, all monies paid will be deemed non-refundable.
If the Customer cancels multiple vehicle bookings for significant social and business events within 5 days from the commencement of the hire period, all monies paid will be non-refundable.
If the customer is not at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time, we will allow a 15-minute grace period. After this grace period, the driver may proceed with departure. If additional waiting time is required, a waiting charge of £30 per hour will be applied, billed by the hour, and any parking fees incurred will be added. Please note that all payments made are non-refundable.
In the event of a Customer cancellation for major sporting events such as Wimbledon and Ascot within 5 days from the commencement of the hire period, all funds paid will be considered non-refundable.
For online bookings with Euro Chauffeurs London, kindly ensure that reservations are made at least 24 hours in advance.
For bookings with less than 24 hours' notice, kindly contact our helpline at +44 208 451 3311 . While we strive to maintain punctuality, please note that we cannot assume responsibility for delays resulting from unforeseen natural circumstances beyond our control.
The chauffeur will operate the vehicle safely and prudently, considering road conditions and traffic and adhering to all legal speed limits.
Customers are accountable for any damage incurred to the interior or exterior of a hired vehicle. They will be charged for necessary repairs or cleaning to restore the vehicle to working condition. Additionally, any resulting loss of earnings for the driver due to the vehicle being out of service will be billed accordingly.
From time to time, we might utilize vehicles from subcontracted partners.

We retain the discretion to alter your assigned vehicle or chauffeur as deemed necessary at any given time.
Euro Chauffeurs London is dedicated to ensuring the timely arrival of our vehicles or those of our Subcontractors, with every possible effort made to uphold punctuality.
Our chauffeurs will follow the most suitable route on the day unless the Customer provides specific instructions during the booking process.
Euro Chauffeurs London ensures that our fleet of vehicles and any sub-contracted vehicles are comprehensively insured to cover passenger and third-party claims. It is important to note, however, that customers' personal belongings are transported entirely at their own risk. Euro Chauffeurs London cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to customer property during the transportation service.
Euro Chauffeurs London maintains a dedicated lost property log at our office, and we make every effort to reunite customers with any belongings inadvertently left behind in our vehicles or those operated by our subcontractors.
Euro Chauffeurs London and its chauffeurs reserve the right to decline transportation services to any passenger believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exhibiting behaviour that poses a threat to the chauffeur, the vehicle, or other passengers.
Euro Chauffeurs London enforces a stringent no-smoking policy across all of its vehicles.
Quotations provided online exclude public and bank holidays, including Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. A 100% surcharge will apply to all journeys on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day. All other Bank Holidays will incur a 25% surcharge.
Premium rates apply to all major sporting events, including Wimbledon and Ascot. Please note that online bookings for these specific events may not be eligible or valid.
